1. Booking & discovery – Your journey begins with a simple booking and discovery call. I learn about your family, your goals for the film, and the individual whose story I’ll be capturing.
2. Consultation & story planning – I guide you through a personalized creative consultation, identifying key life moments, family milestones, and meaningful visuals. Together, we draft an outline for the interview and shape the narrative direction of the film.
3. Pre-production & legacy materials – You’ll gather photos, home videos, letters, and keepsakes that will enrich the story. I assist in organizing and digitizing these materials to seamlessly integrate into the film.
4. Filming & interview session – The filming session is a relaxed interview with your loved one—at home or on location—capturing authentic reflections in your home environment.
5. Post-production & delivery – I carefully edit the footage, weave in your legacy materials, add music, voiceovers, and titles to create a polished, emotionally powerful heirloom film. Your final film is delivered in digital format as a keepsake drive ready to be shared with current and future generations.
